Please allow a 7-14 day turnaround time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

All U.S. orders can take up to 3-5 business days to arrive once the order is shipped.

 

Important Information

• If you provide the incorrect address and your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for the extra shipping cost to send it back to you.

• If you provide the incorrect address and your order is successfully delivered to the address you provided, we cannot give you a refund.

• If your package appears to have gotten lost, contact USPS or UPS (whichever carrier was used to ship your order) to get information and possibly file a claim. If they are not able to help you, contact us immediately, so we can do our best to help solve the problem.
